As the UK Government and regulators renew their focus on digital regulation in all its forms, this is an exciting opportunity to help to shape the future policy framework, working closely with their member companies and other key stakeholders.The Role:Working closely with member companies at the forefront of global digital innovation this role involves policy development and advocacy on issues including but not limited to: online harms, competition policy and online advertising. While the primary focus of the role is on UK policy, policy developments at EU and international level are also within scope.Working as part of a team of experienced policy professionals this role requires the ability to: work concurrently across a diverse range of issues; to quickly assess and understand detailed policy implications; anticipate risks and opportunities for the sector; have a natural feel for the concerns, interests and motivations of political stakeholders; and, build and implement effective engagement campaigns that effect change.Key Responsibilities:
