Job Description

Policy FacilitatorLondon£250-£375RT Consulting have delivered innovative change & transformation to the Learning and Development sector, UK Government, Defence Industry, Financial Services, Rail and Utilities Sectors for over 30 years. Having developed partnerships amongst the Top Consultancies our Associates are challenged to bring expert knowledge and creativity to drive sustainable and lasting change across our programmes.We have an opportunity for a Policy Facilitator to join one of our clients, covering the UK on a long-term interim project.You will be involved in facilitating within the largest learning and development intervention in Europe that will fundamentally improve the way that civil servants learn.We are looking for a Policy Facilitator who will be responsible for:

  • Delivering policy based training to apprentices across all Departments and Grades within the Civil Service
  • Supporting and facilitating apprentices towards the successful implementation of policies, targets and processes
  • Delivering high quality learning events to meet agreed levels of client satisfaction
  • Supporting apprentices holistically across a variety of workshops, helping them to transfer classroom/ experiential knowledge/ skills to assignments and job roles where applicable
    • The role will suit a Policy Facilitator who has:
  • Experience within a Government Policy-focused role
  • A teaching, assessing, coaching or training background in order to support Civil Service Apprentices
  • Extensive experience and evidence of training and facilitating groups of all levels
  • Experience in managing an apprenticeship caseload
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels through management and leadership
  • Deep subject matter in personal effectiveness with a natural passion about learning and practice of own continued development
