You will lead the program office, overseeing strategic delivery, governance, and reporting on initiatives likeConnections, PSR, Digitalization, and Contact Centre. This role influences the success of Customer Excellence delivery, impacting customer-centricity, channel shift, scores, and efficiency savings. Reporting to the Director of Customer Excellence, the roleinvolves close collaboration with various teams, offering an opportunity for career development in change management.Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborating with Customer excellence and other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Accurately documenting the projects creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the projects scope, budget, and justification.
  • Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Providing reports and budget outlines to Executives.
  • Overseeing the development of the project, leading meetings and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the companys standards.
  • Drafting and implementing project management office policies and processes.
  • Evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
