Job Description

Join Our Team at Standard Chartered Bank: PMO. Financial Regulatory Repotting Remediation Role Overview:In this fast-paced PM/PMO role, you will join the Financial Regulatory Reporting Remediation Project Team to project manage the review and enhancements of the Banks global regulatory reporting processes. As a valued team member, you will manage workstreams,navigating scope, budgets and time constraints to achieve successful outcomes for the Bank. Interacting with senior stakeholders across business lines, functions and geographies, your role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management. Your roleincorporates responsibility for supporting creation and co-ordinating programme-wide deliverables and updates, including to senior management and to regulators. Key Responsibilities:- Drive financial regulatory reporting remediation projects from initiation to closure. - Develop presentations and engaging content for programme-wide updates. - Set up and maintain tracking tools to support efficient and effective project management. - Oversee multiple deliverables, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks. - Analyze processes, controls, and gaps for remediation support. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organisation - Utilize strong communication skills to provide clear updates to stakeholders. - Demonstrate a good understanding of the Banks vision, strategy, functions, and organizational structure. - Stay aware of the wider business and regulatory environment. Requirements:- Demonstrable Regulatory Project Management/PMO experience in a large and complex business environment. - Strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Excel. - Excellent stakeholder management and people skills. - University degree. -About Standard Chartered Were an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
