PMO Analyst - Hybrid, London or Milton Keynes (2 days on-site)A leader in UK innovation is seeking a dynamic Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Analyst proficient in Microsofts data products to join their collaborative and cross-functional team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic company during a time ofgrowth.With offices inLondon Farringdon and Milton Keynes, this pivotal role puts will put youat the forefront of driving innovation and enabling sustainable change within our citiesand transportation systems.Responsibilities include:In-depth analysis of portfolio performance, including performance monitoring,resource management, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.Collaborationacross the organisation to compile, manipulate, and analyse data for key insights.Risk assessment: identifying trends amongst project and programme risks and facilitate their management.Build insightful reports for senior leadership or stakeholders, including dashboards, scorecards, options analysis.Data management: lead on verifying key management information, proactively locate and address any discrepancies in data to assist and support project managers.Skill required:- Previous experience within a PMO role, ideally within a research, development or innovation environment.- A project or programme management qualification i.e. PRINCE2, AMP or MSP.- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools and project management tools such as MS Dynamics and Power BI.- Experience in providing analytical reports and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.- Data analysis qualification or training i.e. Power BI, SQL, BCS or equivalent.
