Job Description

PlumberLondon£26,000-£33,000 + Benefits Our client specialises in legionella and fire safety compliance they offer full comprehensive fire or legionella risk assessments, remedial works and water treatment works covering care homes, domestic housing, offices, dental practices, government buildings,sports centres, warehouses, schools and colleges.Due to a resent increase in contract they now require a skilled and qualified plumber to join their team in the Southeast.Key Duties of the Plumber:

  • Installation of water heaters.
  • TMV inspection, services and installations.
  • Removal of dead legs mainly 15mm to 22mm.
  • Expansion vessel installs, modifications and replacements.
  • Change isolation valves.
  • Installing lock shields and drain offs.
  • Completing tank inspections and tank chlorinations.
Key Experience & Requirements needed for the role:
  • A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
  • You must have at NVQ level 2 in plumbing or similar.
  • You will ideally have an unvented qualification, but training can be given.
  • You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in water hygiene and plumbing is essential.
  • You must be eager to learn and progress within the environmental engineering sector.
