Job Description

Working within the central Pitch Team based in London, under the direction of a Senior Business Development Manager, this is a great opportunity for a Pitch Coordinator to work closely with the London business to coordinate and support content of Must Winand strategic pitches. The Pitch Coordinator supports the business by planning and assisting with the bids/pitch process and delivering documents in line with the companys brand. The focus of this role is to manage the response process and engage with all parts of the business toensure a professional, compliant and compelling proposal is submitted. The role involves project managing the response and bid/pitch writing. The successful candidate is expected to contribute towards the development of best practice and bring ideas and fresh thinking to the team; to listen to the client, take a brief, understandand develop the proposition and craft that into a document that differentiates this firm from the competition. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating the content on must win or strategic pitches Ensure the delivery of exceptional pitch responses to clients in all activities Support stakeholders for each new pursuit to ensure relevant materials are developed and coordinate documentation, pitch rehearsals and other preparation effectively Support in writing simple RfP responses and developing templates Coordinate the gathering of data to input into bid solutions Working with the team to identify the best method of delivery utilising a variety of channels, taking the client and culture into consideration Operate as part of the Pitch Team, as well as part of the wider UK business development community Support adoption of Salesforce to enable pursuit tracking Participate in UK sales and business development community and meetings General presentation and sales documentation support as requiredYou must have a passion for winning and driving continuous improvement in document preparation and pitch performance is critical. Real estate experience is preferred but not essential but previous experience of working on developing bid/pitch content is essential,as is the ability to be creative and imaginative. Youll have excellent communication skills and able to work with people at all levels, first-rate attention to detail, possess the ability to prioritise, be able to work effectively with the business to promotekey messages, have experience of working for a corporate organisation and prior knowledge of working to branding guidelines.Leighton Taylor promotes diversity, equality and fair treatment in all aspects of our work.
