Were searching for passionate PV Directors with a proven track-record in operations I am working with a London based top-tier pharmaceutical company (flexible working is possible), with an excellent track record of developing products across multiple therapy areas, who are now looking to hire a Pharmacovigilance Director. The pharmacovigilance/drug safety department is very stable and has highly experienced members across compliance, case processing and operations. You will have leadership over the companys drug safety activities and be responsible for managing a team of circa 20-25 colleagues across the UK. In this role as PV Director you will be taking an active part in a variety of pharmacovigilance tasks from strategic leadership, management of resources/budget, recruitment and development, overall compliance for global activities and being accountable for ensuring all PV activities are performed to a high quality. The ideal candidate for this role should have a keen eye for long-term growth and a proven track record in process improvement and strategy implementation.
