Job Description A highly acquisitive and entrepreneurial Top 50 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Personal Tax Associate Director to join their Private Client Tax team in London. A highly acquisitive and entrepreneurial Top 50 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Personal Tax Associate Director to join their Private Client Tax team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a rapidly growing Accounting Firm that provides incredibly high quality services to Private Individuals, and Entrepreneurial businesses, spread across Central and Southern England. As a Personal Tax Associate Director you will be involved in driving forward the strategy of the Private Client team, whilst actively winning new business, expanding market share, and continuously developing the service line. Responsibilities will include:
  • Manage and grow a varied portfolio of personal tax consultancy clients
  • Advise on a range of Private Client matters including: international tax, property tax, IHT, Trust and Estates, CGT, complex tax returns and much more
  • Actively involved in business development initiatives; winning new work, increasing market share, attending external events
  • As part of the Senior Management team, ensure the team is delivering high quality work, as well as supporting Directors/Partners with personal tax business strategy
  • Line management of a Personal Tax team including; reviews, delegating work, developing through L&D
