Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and bright Personal Assistant to CEO and Founder to join an innovative and rewarding Health-Tech company based in Shoreditch, London. Its a permanent position, starting ASAP, paying CIRCA £40K per annum plus amazing benefits. Your role has huge depth to take on projects and other exciting tasks, as the position expands.Location:ShoreditchSalary: £40K + amazing benefits (free lunch and drinks, travel costs, healthcare etc..)Working model: Hybrid (2 days in the office)Responsibilities

  • One to one personal support to CEO and Founder
  • Proactively managing a complex diary with a busy schedule of appointments
  • Managing ad-hoc travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries
  • Responding to personal and professional administrative requests from the CEO, including managing expenses
  • Supporting with team meetings - ensuring agendas are created, pre-reading is distributed and actions are followed up with
  • Organising Board meetings and liaising with Board members and their teams
  • Taking minutes during meetings when required
  • Supporting delivery on ad hoc research and projects in partnership with the Chief of Staff
To succeed you will need to:
  • Have significant experience as a Personal Assistant working with busy Senior Executives
  • Be confident working in a fast-paced environment, experience in a start-up environment
  • is preferred
  • The ideal candidate will ideally from a Tech, SAAS background
  • Have excellent communication and writing skills
  • Have a strong attention to detail and be very organised
  • Be able to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Be a great problem solver and proactivity
  • Be comfortable maintaining the confidentiality of highly sensitive material
  • Have extensive experience using GSuite, Zoom and Slack
