Job Description

Personal Assistant to Executive DirectorSalary: £40,000 per annumAn exciting opportunity to support the Executive Director of an award-winning global architecture firm as a Personal Assistant!Personal Assistant to Executive Director Responsibilities:* Making high-impact decisions in a pressurised environment on behalf of the Executive Director* Completing extensive diary management* Managing and reviewing of Executive Directors inbox, responding to emails on their behalf when necessary* Liaising with in-house teams/departments and clients, acting as the first point of contact and often on behalf of the Executive Director in their absence* Aiding the Executive Director with their practice responsibilities and external commitments, including external Boards, Associations and Educational Institutions* Organising business trips and personal travel arrangements (global), including flights, hotels, trains, car hire, visas, and insurance for clients and staff* Managing the Executive Directors technology in the office and at home* Being responsible for troubleshooting IT issues and set-up for meetings/presentations* Providing secretarial support such as email dictation, typing and formatting all correspondence* Processing monthly expenses* Preparing internal and external presentations including layout and design* Drafting and copyediting texts on behalf of the Executive DirectorPersonal Assistant to Executive Director Essentials:* Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Personal Assistant* Extensive Personal Assistant experience* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise with a wide range of colleagues and external contacts* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Fast and accurate touch-typing* A good working knowledge of IT skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite* Strong team player Reliable with strong organisational and communication skillsIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
