Salary range: £47,568 - £53,574 per annum. Infectious enthusiasm goesa long way here.The Role:As a Performance Manager in our Adult Social Care (ASC) team, you can make your own powerful contribution to our residents lives, by ensuring that our decision-making processes are underpinned by exceptional insights and analysis- and in the process, we can feel confident that our actions and services are embedded in flawless evidence. As such, you will take on a highly visible role in our Operations and Governance team, guiding a team of four Business Analysts and one Senior Analystin producing excellent analytical outputs, support and guidance across the department.This high-performing team enjoy the challenges that they are presented with, and as such they are constantly in-demand across the department. You will therefore build theprofile of the team and manage competing priorities, ensuring all data is being converted into useful intelligence, and that the most insightful results are being achieved through a wide variety of research methods. As the expert voice in the team, you willhave the capacity to manage multiple programmes of work, and you will be keen to utilise the latest software and technology in order to help the wider department embrace a data-led culture. There is plenty of scope for you to shape this role as you see fit, and you will be encouraged to get involvedin complex, high profile projects.Crucially, you will have exceptional organisation, communication and presentation skills, and you will be an inspirational people manager who is committed to developing the skills of your team. With exceptional analyticalskills and a background in delivering performance frameworks, evaluations, complex analytical models and products, you will have experience of managing performance teams. With the ability to interpret complex information for non-technical audiences, you willbe capable of advising at the highest levels, and you will be comfortable working in a political environment.
