Key Responsibilities Delivering Results Assist with day-to-day production of analysis and reports Be part of driving process and report improvements Assist with the development and maintenance of process documentation Co-ordinating board packs Contributeto projects where required Managing Resources Work with the system provider (Ortec) to help develop and test new reports and analysis and improve the operation of Ortec through feedback and KPIs Work with fund accountants and Investment Accounting (IA) toensure data issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner Work with NT (RADAR) to ensure smooth production of DC performance Automate and redesign processes to achieve efficient performance processes Managing Relationships Build relationships with IA,Operations, Finance and the wider organisation to enable the team to work more effectively Technical Competencies, Skills and Experience Experience of performance measurement in asset management or pension funds Numerical university degree preferred Comfortableworking with and financial data and conducting analyses Experience of using standard performance systems. Preferably Ortec Pearl, NT RADAR and FactSet. Experience of attribution at asset management or pension funds Very good understanding of financial marketsand instruments gained through courses or experience
