About the role The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From on-boarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that is people-centricand value-adding. Put simply, we come to work to create a fantastic experience that our people love and that starts from the very first point we connect with our new joiners We are looking for a People Partner with experience in equity plan administration with a strong analytical background. This role plays a crucial role in delivering the share plan strategy, ensuring we continue to attract and retain top talent. Up for the challenge Lets get in touch What youll be doing

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Groups share plans
  • Collaborating with other internal stakeholders (eHR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance) to support the granting of share awards to employees globally
  • Overseeing the vest and exercise processes for share awards held by employees globally
  • Answering employee queries and providing support with equity plan transactions, including liaising with local payroll and HR teams
  • Generating data analysis and insights reports to support decision-making
What youll need
  • Strong experience in equity plan administration
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and equity plan administration platforms
  • Comfortable working in an international business, collaborating with colleagues across the globe
  • Experience of equity compensation activities, including the grant of share awards to employees located across multiple countries
  • Knowledge relating to option exercise / tax withholding processes associated with share plan awards
  • Detail-driven with an emphasis on accuracy
  • Competent with data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex issues to others
Nice to have
  • Experience working in a FinTech or start-up environment
Compensation range
  • Vilnius: €3,300 - €5,000 gross monthly*
  • Lithuania: €3,300 - €5,000 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
