  • Maintain department mailbox, as first point of contact for all People & Culture internal and external queries.
  • Participate in the GSA recruitment process for attracting and identifying key talent, upholding company standards and objectives
  • Facilitate and manage the on-boarding and induction processes of new recruits
  • Manage the company HRIS, Bamboo. Ensuring all data and records are up to date, producing required reports to manage people process across GSA.
  • Administering all HR-related documentation
  • Support the administration of the L&D and Performance Management Systems, ensuring all employees adhere to induction and development
  • Ensure employee HR information is updated and communicated regularly, providing guidance and training as required
  • Provide any HR data support to key transactions and business growth
  • Ensure strong HR and governance controls are in place and adhered to across GSA to support business growth
  • Invested approach to Ad hoc project work
Benefits Administration
  • Working with the People & Culture Partner, determine the effectiveness or suitability of global benefits that will attract and retain employee talent
  • Build relationships across benefit providers, ensuring HR data flows and managing performance
  • Manage the benefits administration, supporting the various global programs
  • Communicate across GSA employment within means of benefits management.
Systems & Procedures
  • Support employee systems and the day-today set-up of employees across the globe.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR processes, continually evaluating that they support the growing business
  • Liaise with our outsourcing provider to ensure that the systems employee experience is consistent as possible.
  • Champion and support governance of business information systems across the employee journey, support new joiners in their on-boarding process with access to business systems.
  • Support the development of new GSA people policies and as required manage any consultation and adoption procedures.
  • Assisting in the of rolling out of relevant HR training to support such policies.
Business Family Support
  • Work with the wider business and parent company The DOT Group in jointly administering HR information, where systems, benefits etc. are provided across the family
  • Supporting wider business HR special initiatives as required to support joint business family growth and development

Experience & Knowledge Essential
  • At least 1 years experience in a HR administrative role & providing service in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Previous experience with HR Information Systems
  • Requires good numeracy, analytical, planning, organizing and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential data
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with a pleasant, professional online/telephone manner for global support
  • Self-motivated individual with a high level of personal and professional presentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products specifically (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Experience of working under pressure, prioritise and execute tasks in a face-paced changeable working environment
Desirable
  • Experience in student accommodation, real estate or investment management business
  • CIPD Level 3 or higher
  • Comfortable with forming and presenting (where required) well analysed paper/presentations to individuals or groups.
  • Proven record of collaborating with colleagues across geographical and function boundaries and providing global HR support
