About the roleOur People Solutions Associates sit within our People Lifecycle team which comprises of four pillars - People Advisory, Continuous Improvement, Onboarding and ERSDT. The Associate role sits within the People Advisory team from a line management perspectivebut works across the breadth of the People Lifecycle team. The role supports the delivery of People Lifecycle Operational Excellence and works closely with our external providers in particular the People teams within Conduent as well as with Business Solutions through the network approach. The Associate role is critical to being an ongoing escalation point for the Conduent teams. The Associate group will play a significant role in the ongoing review of our processes ensuring continuous improvement and enhanced efficiencies are achieved.
