About the roleOur People Solutions Associates sit within our People Lifecycle team which comprises of four pillars - People Advisory, Continuous Improvement, Onboarding and ERSDT. The Associate role sits within the People Advisory team from a line management perspectivebut works across the breadth of the People Lifecycle team. The role supports the delivery of People Lifecycle Operational Excellence and works closely with our external providers in particular the People teams within Conduent as well as with Business Solutions through the network approach. The Associate role is critical to being an ongoing escalation point for the Conduent teams. The Associate group will play a significant role in the ongoing review of our processes ensuring continuous improvement and enhanced efficiencies are achieved. Key Accountabilities of our People Lifecycle Associate role includes:Query Management

  • Handling queries from business stakeholders, People Solutions colleagues and other People teams that arise through the Solutions Hub.
  • Escalation point for Conduent in respect of more complex queries they receive. Also responsible for ensuring Conduent receive updates relating to process or policy changes
  • Support with monitoring MI and review themes/ trends and identify areas where we can be proactive to alleviate any issues or help address common themes etc.
Data & Insights Delivery
  • Reporting on and analysing our people data to provide insights and data points to support decision making across the business. Using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau and PowerBI to create comprehensive and simple to interpret data sets for business stakeholders
  • Providing training to further upskill and drive improved self service of reporting across the People Function
  • Provide a focus on our People Function performance through monitoring SLA/KPIs, drawing insights from the data to inform decisions
  • Producing analytical data for MI packs on behalf of PL teams
  • Reviews key data relating to employee experience and escalates as appropriate to Business Solution teams (such as GDS, NJS)
People Lifecycle Processes/Cyclical Activity
  • Owning and processing a number of cyclical activity across the teams such as drafting letters, supporting year end, supporting Experience hire and Graduate intakes, running YouMatter & Pulse reporting
  • Being agile across the cyclical peaks throughout the year and supporting across the pillars as required
  • Supporting Career Coach activity such as organising Orientations and associated operational tasks as well as overseeing the Joiner Pre Employment Screening process
Case Management
  • Case system updates
  • Long term sickness database uploads
  • Income Protection Benefit referral submissions
  • Strong excel skills and proven experience demonstrating ability to efficiently manipulate and interpret high volumes of data
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, to manage high volumes of work, often within tight deadlines
  • High standard of written documentation, and previous experience of producing professional and robust letters and reports
  • Ability to embrace opportunities for change that can add value to People Solutions, the business and align to the firms people strategy
  • Ability to plan ahead within the cyclical calendar to provide proactive support to the business
  • Ability to challenge and realign work away from the People Lifecycle team where necessary
  • Pragmatic, diplomatic, sound written skills and a good team player
  • Portray a professional mindset
  • Communicate/interact effectively with employees/career coaches while displaying empathy and courtesy
  • Strong interpersonal/consulting skills, working effectively at all levels of the organisation
