Role at a glance As People Advisor you will be responsible for delivery of a full range of people services as part of our People Operations team. One of the main roles is being a coach and facilitator to colleagues and leaders, supporting them to take ownership and growtheir capability in people responsibilities.What youll be doing:
  • Youll be part of a talented People team and youll be an integral part of our People team community and mission.
  • You will give first rate coaching, advice and guidance on people matters to our people managers and colleagues across our Head Office (UK and Spain) and Contact Centre
  • You will provide efficient and effective end to end management of employee relations matters and HR cases (including disciplinary and grievance, performance and absence management, redundancy and TUPE)
  • Youll deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for any new joiners ensuring they have access to all the information required to enable a positive, seamless start to their IAG Loyalty career
  • You will work collaboratively with the People Systems, Reward and MI Manager to drive a seamless candidate and colleague experience for all HR interactions, always looking for areas for automation and improvement
  • You will support the People Partners operational needs and provide insightful feedback and input to help them, and the broader People team deliver dynamic people solutions
  • You will develop and maintain a framework of guidelines for our colleagues which enable accountability and high standards of working, underpinned by employment law principles
  • As you would expect, this role will still require some HR & recruitment administration activities so you will do this in an efficient and accurate way supporting your fellow People Operations colleagues and the broader People Team as required, whilst alwayslooking for process efficiencies
The Person:
  • You will be confident working in a varied, fast paced role and committed to delivering excellent HR advice to colleagues at all levels often within tight time frames
  • You will be naturally curious and creative, and brave enough to challenge the status quo when it comes to our processes and procedures with a focus on a value add colleague experience at the core of everything you do
  • You will be an expert in employee relations and well versed on employment law & HR policy and be used to applying this in different situations and circumstances
  • You will have a commercial focus and will constantly look at new ways to improve our colleagues experience in any HR interactions
  • Your ability to handle confidential and sensitive data will be unquestionable and you operate with sensitivity and professionalism at all times
  • Youll develop strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels within IAGL, across other OpCos and with suppliers
  • Youll possess strong influencing skills and wont be afraid to challenge upward
  • You will be resilient and organised, have an excellent attention to detail and work confidently on MS Office platforms
  • You will be CIPD qualified or will bring relevant experience working in a progressive HR Team
  • You will bring energy and expertise to cross functional projects within the People Team and across the business
  • Were moving to agile across all business areas and were building our knowledge and experience to work in this way in the People Team- you dont need to be a ready-made expert but will have the growth mindset needed to move to this way of working whereappropriate

Where you will work:Youll be based out of IAGLs London office (Thomas House, Eccleston Square, London).
