Our bold approach to a changing future ensuresthat we nurture our employees and recruit top talent.About the RoleOur award-winning pensions team is experienced in advising trustees and employers on all aspects of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. We also have considerable experience advising on group pensions, insurance products (including buy-inand buy-out arrangements), longevity products and other structures.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Document reviewing, checking and collatingAssisting with file opening proceduresUndertaking legal researchDrafting deeds of appointment & removal as well as deeds of amendment and collating execution copiesDrafting letters to clientsProof readingProviding support to a wide range of marketing initiativesInvolvement with the billing process including writing bill narrativesProvide administrative support to our internal Know How portalOther administrative support as requiredAbout YouWe are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will have an interest/knowledge in pensions law. You will have a keen eye for detail with the ability to use your initiative and must be used to dealing with a large workload. You will have a strong academicbackground including a degree in law and the LPC.The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and interested in developing your knowledge and skills. This role would suit someone who has good communication and strong team working skills. With a flexible attitude and approach to work, you are ableto effectively organise and prioritise whilst supporting multiple teams. At times you will be working to tight deadlines and will be required to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
