Job Description

Pensions AdministratorLondon / Hybrid £30,000 - £40,000 + (DOE) and Benefits One of IT Bods leading clients is a FTSE 100 organisation working within the Food and Retails sector. They are looking for several experienced Pensions Administrators to join the team. These are permanent opportunities offering flexibility with 3 days on sitein London and 2 days working from home. Flexible on-site working hours.The main objective of the Pensions Administrator is to administer and manage the pensions in accordance with regulatory requirements, agreed Service Levels, Company and Team Objectives, whilst providing excellent customer service.The Pensions Administrator will have the following responsibilities.

  • Ensure clients receive regular and effective communication which is professional and delivered to the highest customer service standards.
  • Ideally have experience with DC and or DB (Defined Contributions - Defined Benefits)
  • Maintain and develop good business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Report any breaches or complaints immediately to line manager and to Compliance.
  • Where risks are identified, ensure these are documented and reported to the line manager and compliance.
  • Contribute to process reviews, constantly seeking ways to streamline and improve the way in which we deliver the service.
  • Ensure all requests and work received from clients and IFAs are processed in line with laid down procedures, within regulatory timeframes and meet company service levels and standards and service level agreements.
Required skills and experience.
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Experience working in Financial Services.
  • DC and or DB experience
  • Knowledge of pensions administration service
  • Knowledge and understanding of UK regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
