I am recruiting for a Senior Pension Manager (possibly PMI but can be any background) to be responsible for the oversight of the Administration and Operations of a large pension scheme, in an exciting new business. You will also be the lead contact for the Scheme Trustee.You will be joining a recent start-up in an early and hugely exciting phase of growth. As a small business, you will also be able to see and experience every single element of running a business and its pension scheme. Youll very quickly understand how a whole business works.If you are a Pension Manager in my network, ideally with an operational background and strong people skills, this is a great opportunity to do something different!The ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of scheme de-risking, and is likely to have worked in a role involving building strong relationships with several different people, from Trustees, Administrators, regulatory bodies and employee benefit consultants.The office is in London, though this is a completely flexible business and you can be based anywhere in the UK.This is a really exciting business and Id love to tell you more - please either apply here or contact me directly on and we can arrange an informal conversation!
