Job Description

Our payroll team work closely with a range of internal stakeholders, across Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Operational Risk and the business, as well as external payroll vendors to ensure smooth running of the payroll process. What role will you playUsing your first-class interpersonal, analytical and research skills, you will be regularly problem solving, resolving employee queries, identify and/or deliver on opportunities to improve our processes and reduce Macquaries risk profile. What you offer

  • Experience in French payroll
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • A good understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
