Job Description

As a luxury fashion company with a strong ethical standpoint we are leaders and innovators in our industry.OverviewWe are looking for a collaborative and highlynumerate individual with a keen eye for detail to join our People & Culture team as Pay & Reward Coordinator, Europe, reporting to the Global Reward Manager. Your main responsibilities will include managing the monthly payroll run for UK as well as supportingSpain and France payroll. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, supporting monthly payroll processes and managing the benefit administration.Your Mission:Pay:· Partner regularly with the People & Financeteams and third-party providers to make sure the data is accurate, and all changes are captured· Manage UK monthly payroll operations in house (Workday) including statutory reporting and liaising with HMRC· Own UK pension auto-enrolment and monthly administration·Partner with finance to make sure that all payroll items are reconciled monthly, supporting the year end and P11D process, manual payments and BACs, as well as external and internal audit requests· Desire to cross train on international payrolls to understandthe local legislation, self-learn, and act as a secondary back up when needed· Assist with the annual Pay & Reward plan, and input based on local knowledge to constantly improve the strategy at Stella McCartney· Process Spain and France monthly payrolls, bothfully outsourced· Supports implementation with new external partnershipsReward:· Supports administering clothing allowance in UK· Commission scheme administration for Europe· Manages internal UK reward platform· Manages UK benefits invoicing·Assist with research on local benefits and rewards and with the renewal of benefits schemesGeneral:· Updates procedural manuals and documentation· Educates managers and constantly reviews and proves current processes for payroll, benefitsand time & attendance· Manage the UK payroll and benefit queries and ensure a high level of service· Maintains confidentiality· Assisting with UK communicationsYour Talent:

  • Previous experience of processing UK payroll and pensions
  • You are highly analytical and numerical with strong experience in data gathering and reconciliation
  • You have good understanding of payroll legislation in the UK
  • You have previous experience with year-end processes and reporting
  • You have some experience managing UK benefits
  • Willingness to learn new country payrolls and legislations
  • You are an approachable team member for day to day payroll and benefit queries
  • You are able to work to tight deadlines and ensure accuracy
  • You are a strong communicator who is confident building and managing relationships with our internal employees and external partners
