The Harley Street Clinic/Leaders in Oncology Care (LOC) Permanent and Full time 37.5 hours per week. SalaryCompetitive + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)About the RoleThe team at The Harley Street Clinic/LOC has an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, dynamic Patient Admin and Operations Manager to join their team. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent family and patient centred care. The remit of the PatientAdmin and Operations Manager role will include the running of the outpatient patient administration function and front of house concierge services across the HSC and LOC campus as well as the LOC Treatment Suite (in the oncology Day Case centres). These coreadministration support services form the spine of the hospital which encompasses the patient journey from beginning to end, at all times supporting clinical departments whilst enhancing existing and new business opportunities. The role will also be responsiblefor providing operational support across Health & Safety, Business Continuity Planning and the management of Medical Devices.Skills and Abilities:
