A very varied role in a thriving firm has become available, whereby they are seeking senior support within a continuously growing firm! A CIPA qualified individual with 4+ years’ experience would feel right at home in this role, however if you are not CIPA qualified but have varied experience with strong IP knowledge, then your profile will of definite interest.You will be responsible for handling the end to end patent application process for GB, EP & PCT patent filings, corresponding with the UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO, managing clients expectations and building a vital rapport with them, co-ordinate workflow within the team that provides comprehensive support to a small team of fee earners at varying levels. Lots of client contact is on offer here, along with the chance to supervise a small team of support staff.You must be a confident communicator who can deal with pressurised environments. This role commands a strong individual that is a high achiever and strives to be the best. If you lead by example and have excellent commercial awareness - you will do well here! Being able to efficiently and effectively distribute and complete workloads is crucial and you must be able to pick up new ways of working along with having a strong command of your own IP knowledge.
