Job Description

Payroll Adminsitrator7-Payroll/VWAPart-timePermanentUp to £32K, FTEVWA are hiring an internal part-time payroll administrator to join their friendly and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work part-time in a fantastic collegiate environment whereby there is a lot of cross-team communication but in a mature environment where youre trusted to complete your job at hand.For this role you will need to be able to work Mondays and Tuesdays, 9-5.30pm to ensure that weekly and monthly temps are paid on time. Currently all work is undertaken remotely although it is tbc what this will look like in the future.Responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for the weekly end-to-end processing of timesheets and payroll of all agency workers.
  • Weekly pension enrolment and submissions for affected agency workers.
  • Issuing weekly invoices promptly and to client specifications.
  • You will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in administering a payroll system with either a Sage or CIPP qualification or in-house training in PAYE and Auto Enrolment. Experience or familiarity with BrightPay, RDB, Sage or similar, HMRC online portal and NEST would be advantageous as would any basic accounting knowledge.Interest in a long-term payroll position, including the possibility of learning and development over time is important and someone genuinely interested in taking ownership of payroll, who can grow with us where there’s scope to do so.Salary for this role is up to £32,000 as a full-time equivalent, dependent on experience and the role does come with other additional benefits.VWA specialises in the recruitment of London’s most elite and qualified PAs, EAs, graduates and office support staff.
