What the role includes

  • Generating commercial sponsorship and marketing partnerships for the Live Nation festival and venue portfolio
  • Delivering against an annual individual sponsorship sales target
  • Building and maintaining a sales pipeline alongside accurate forecasting and reporting into Senior Vice President, Partnership (Sales)
  • Researching & mapping markets, in order to identify and close new business
  • Identifying and developing new commercial opportunities and sellable festival and venue assets driving innovation, originality and the bottom line
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Developing and maintaining stong and positive relationships with LN stakeholders and their teams
  • Working closely with inter-departmental teams including Marketing Solutions and Account Management to answer brand briefs and win new business, and deliver best in class partnerships from start to finish
  • Having a clear understanding of your client’s ongoing objectives and delivering growing revenue with well designed multi-year agreements
  • Contract drafting and negotiation from deal point memo through to signature, working alongside LN legal team
  • Contract renewals with the ambition to grow and extend partnerships
Who you are Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
  • Experience in a leadership role in sponsorship sales
  • Experience in delivering a multitude of high-value partnerships annually, and a proven track record in hitting commercial sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the marketing and sponsorship landscape
  • Established relationships with blue-chip clients
  • Experience of extensive contract negotiations
  • Strong inter-personal and relationship building skills
  • Strategic, creative and determined individual
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A strong understanding of the UK live music and festival market
