Substantial time away from homeContract Type: Fixed term, initially 6 months beginning in Q1 2024 Role Description Marketing Partnerships are seeking Partnerships Coordinators to assist with supporting our account management, onsite delivery and production advancing functions in 2024.The ideal candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running taking direction to deliver a wide range of partnerships across the Live Nation festival portfolio from all sectors including alcohol, fashion, lifestyle, automotive etc.The Partnerships Coordinator will have the full support of a strong partnership delivery team, they will assume responsibility for their allocated tasks, overseeing advancing from contract signature to onsite activation and debrief.   • Developing strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and results for partners
  • Resourceful and flexible with a positive can do’ approach
  • Highly organised and excellent communicator
  • Skilled at multi-tasking, essential for working on multiple partners and multiple festivals at once
  • Ability to plan, anticipate problems and how best to address them
  • An attention to detail second to none
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Full UK Driver’s licence
Desirable
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the festivals within the Live Nation Portfolio
  • Salesforce experience

What the role includes
  • Advancing support on all requirements necessary for the successful delivery of partners contractual rights within the Live Nation portfolio
  • Client and agency liaison pre, at and post event - working closely and collaboratively to ensure the smooth delivery of rights, within strict deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of all partner activity
  • Assisting and completing client debriefs
  • Assisting where required the on-site delivery of partnerships at festivals across the UK
  • Collate, review and submit all partner supporting documents required - pinpointing any gaps
  • Working collaboratively with, and sharing key updates with internal teams i.e. ticketing, digital marketing, production, bar concessions etc
