Job Description

Partner Solutions Manager (EMEA Gaming), Length:11 monthsLocation:LondonRate:£32p/h (40 hours p/w)Partner Solutions Manager, Developers (EMEA Gaming)Seeking a Partner Solutions Manager (PSM) to support Gaming Partners and the Partnerships team in an operational capacity across various platforms. The Games Partnerships team manages strategic relationships with Developers in the Gaming Industry to bring games onto the company’s platform and integrate our social features into games on other platforms.The PSM will provide operational support to the partnerships team, working with various internal processes and stakeholders on day to day tasks and projects. This role will also work with external partners, focusing on scaled support to the ecosystem.This position will be located in our London, UK office.Responsibilities

  • Support the partnerships team on operational tasks both internally as well externally
  • Work closely with partnerships team on policy violations and partner outreach needs
  • Process partner business updates on a regular basis and update integrity information where needed
  • Assist Strategic Partner Managers with troubleshooting Canvas and payment-related issues.
  • Coordinate featuring for Canvas and Instant Games globally
  • Own games partnerships team alias and provide support the developer ecosystem
  • Process contract/API changes on a regular basis and where needed
  • Facilitate communication of major updates on the platform for unmanaged partners (blog posts/webinars/etc)
  • Keep track on partner issues and resolutions internally and follow up externally
  • Work closely with Strategic Partner Managers drive operational improvements for the team
  • Assist with various other ad-hoc initiatives to support the business as needed.
  • Utilize various internal tools to help support developers on an ongoing basis
  • Skills:Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in gaming-related account- or project-management role
  • BA/BS degree with outstanding academic performance
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally, both internally and externally
  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail oriented mindset
