Trust Payments have an exciting opportunity for a Partner Portal Manager to join their team based in London.Job Title: Partner Portal ManagerLocation: LondonSalary: Competitive + BenefitsPartner Manager - The Role:Trust Payments is looking for a Partner Portal Manager to join our growing company. Your goal is to grow and manage our partner community by increasing the usage of our partner products. You will be the voice for our partners and will work with multiple teams (product, sales, marketing, support, technology) across the company to ensure the success of the community.Partner Portal Manager - Key Responsibilities:- Be the VOICE of the Partner- Maintain and enhance our TRU//Partner Solution- Manage cross functional teams (including but not limited to Marketing, IT, Product, SFDC/Data, and Sales Organization) to for the ongoing support of the Partner Portal, as well as, to gather business requirements for the product roadmap of the TRU//Partner Solution.- Work with above cross functional teams to gather content and library of materials for inclusion in the TRU//Partner Solution- Work with cross functional teams (including Sales, Risk, Compliance and Legal, and Operations) to continue to support and enhance the Online Merchant Application Form (MAF)- Produce and deliver presentations to internal and partner audiences- Optimize results to replicate successes- Assist with partner onboarding and in sales enablement- Set up signup pages and confirming experience flows- Maintain a current library of partner resources- Setup regular training session with Partners and employees- Establish budgets, financial models, performance metrics, and tracking systems for regular analysis and reportingPartner Portal Manager - You:- Preferred Salesforce community management- CRM Experience (Salesforce Report Writing and Dashboards;)- Project management- HTML & CSS (Ability to create emails)- Preferred experience with MS Sql Server, JS, ColdFusion/Lucee (Technology used with the Online MAF)- Proven, previous experience working in a similar role- Preferred payments industry experienceTo submit your CV for this exciting Partner Portal Manager opportunity, please click ‘Apply’ now.
