Job Description

Anne Jagger Recruitment in London are looking to recruit a temporary Partner Operations Specialist to join our client, an international business specialising in Travel and Hospitality.The Job:

  • £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay
  • 2 days a week based in the London office (Tues/Thurs), remaining days will be working from home
  • 37.5 hours per week - 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • To start ASAP - 12 months with the potential to become permanent
  • If successful and an offer is made, a DBS check will be required prior to starting the assignment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The team is ideally looking for someone with basic Salesforce experience, but willing to train a candidate with a strong attention to detail/office experience.
  • Will be pulling reports in Salesforce and reviewing for suspicious activity and reaching out to suspicious partners via email.
  • May also use search engines, like Google, to search for a partner to see if their advertisements break Terms & Conditions, such as posting promotion codes that do not exist.
  • Manage all data they are compiling to be shared with their team/manager.
  • Very high attention to detail and accuracy in their work is essential as partners that are breaking their Terms & Conditions will be removed from the platform.
  • Work as part of an exciting, fast growing business unit that drives revenue growth, diversification and innovation within the business.
  • Offer partners the opportunity to serve their users and generate income by connecting to their supply of tours and activities.
  • Use a variety of tools and follow established processes to identify, research and flag affiliates for violations of Terms and Conditions.
  • Work closely with other members of the Partner Support and Operations team, to deactivate T&C accounts.
  • Contribute to regular reporting and collaborate with other teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Able to follow established procedures with speed and accuracy, while maintaining quality
  • Self motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated success working remotely as part of an operations team
  • Experience following an established set of processes, with great attention to detail, high productivity, and high quality standards
  • Previous experience of Salesforce an advantage
