Our client, a specialist FIG Boutique Investment Bank based in London, is looking for an experienced Managing Director/Partner (Originator) to join their FIG M&A team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating FIG M&A transactions in Dutchmarket.Role: MD/Partner (Originator) - FIG M&A - Dutch Coverage (Benelux)Location: London/Netherlands (available remotely)Responsibilities:- Originate M&A transactions in the FIG sector in Dutch region.- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders- Manage the end-to-end transaction process, from origination to execution- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth- Manage and mentor junior team membersSkills:- Strong FIG M&A experience, with a proven track record of originating and executing transactions- Excellent relationship management and business development skills- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication and presentation skillsRequirements:- 13+ years of experience in FIG M&A- Large network of clients in Dutch Market-Proficiency in Dutch- Strong academic background- Relevant professional qualificationsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading investment bank and work on high-profile transactions in the FIG sector.
