They’re looking for a Part-Time Machine Learning Leader (NLP) who wants to work in an inclusive, collaborative,team-first culture - helping customers solve some of their biggest workforce challenges.As the Part-Time Machine Learning Leader (NLP), you will inspire, manage and mentor a small but growing ML team whilst also playing an active role in building Machine Learning / NLP capability, building a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and performance. Part-Time Machine Learning leader will ensure good decisions are made that maximise the product value delivered by their ML engineering team. You will inspire, and mentor our growing team, creating a culture of innovation, improvement, and high performance.As Part-Time Machine Learning Leader, you will be:• Guiding Architectural decision making• Maturing the delivery of ML Operations• Supporting product strategy decision making and roadmap planning• Establishing a deep foundation to build and scale our machine learning operational capability• Communicating technical concepts and project results to non-technical stakeholdersThis Part-Time Machine Learning Leader will:• Have a solid background in machine learning with a focus on NLP• Have full lifecycle experience of leading Data Science and ML research projects through to operational value delivery• Be a relentless problem solver with a focus on Customer value, recognising outcomes and designing effective solutions• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in building world-changing ethical AI solutions• Have excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders• Have experience implementing SOTA NLP research papers and working with large-scale data sets and distributed computing frameworks• Have experience working with Azure, AWS or GCPTo be successful working with this team you will be "Start-up ready", by this we mean you: are naturally proactive, default to action; have a positive attitude to change; have a continuous improvement mindset; are flexible, always happy to go beyond your brief;enjoy working at pace; are comfortable when not everything is clearly defined!Flexible working:Working from home .
