Job Description

An exciting position has become available in our London office for a part time HR Administrator.Goodman Masson is Londons leading Financial & Technology Recruitment agency with a fast-growing RPO Solutions business. With offices in London, Düsseldorf and New York, we have exciting growth plans in place for 2021 and beyond! The RoleYou will work as part of our high performing People Team. What are the role responsibilities

  • To ensure comprehensive support to the People Team and wider business as needed.
  • To collate and produce any reports or documents needed for weekly/monthly & quarterly meetings.
  • Updating weekly performance tracker for UK Leadership Team
  • Manage the administration of other performance areas such as probation, reviews, promotion and performance management processes
  • Upkeep and maintaining our LMS system Bridge
  • Ensuring our HR system is kept up to date
  • Extracting data for accurate reporting
  • To maintain holiday and sickness records and ensure that sickness absence reporting procedures are followed by team members
  • Organise and maintain personnel records
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • To follow new starter and leaver communication processes
  • To carry out New Starter Induction process
  • To conduct Exit Interviews and support Talent Acquisition team with any leaver analysis
  • Visa Applications
  • Relationship management and coordination of Apprenticeship and Rec2Rec candidates including scheduling interviews and taking references
  • Tracking internal referrals
  • Supporting L&D team with scheduling training and review meetings

  • Previous HR administration experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • An excellent work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Any HR experience or desire to work in HR
  • Organised, process driven and systematic in your approach to your work.
  • Resilience and the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and drive to deliver.
  • Microsoft Suite - Basic/Beginners.
