Job Description

A Part time Credit Controller. 2 days in the Hackney office.Client DetailsMy clients is a housing design specialists focused on creating great places and delivering better housing where people choose to live. Their collaborative practice brings together a wide range of design specialisms with the experience to ensure successfuldelivery whilst embracing innovation in design and their approach.DescriptionResponsibilities of the Part time Credit Controller:

  • Chase outstanding debt via phone & email, focusing on obtaining payment whilst maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring collection notes are maintained on the customer account in our credit control system
  • General credit control administration tasks, including but not limited to; providing copy invoices, account reconciliation, prepare refund paperwork, manage our Receivables Inbox
  • Take payments via credit card where needed
  • Manage queries to resolve disputes which are preventing invoices being paid and minimise debt write off
  • Support colleagues and cover ledgers when required.
ProfileThe Successful Part time Credit Controller:
  • Good communication skills, highly motivated.
  • Keen to learn and progress in credit management
  • Good level of excel skills
  • Ability to pick up new systems
  • Attention to detail
