Big companies are great. Theres the brand. The structure. The package. But there can come a time when other things start to come to mind. The restrictions they can place on the advice you give clients. The restrictions they can place on you and your ideas. The feeling that there must be another way.Thats where the founders of this business were not long ago. They were hugely successful but wanted to give even better service to their clients. And they found a way - they set up their own boutique firm. Here they provide advice to HNW individuals. And when we say High we mean it - investable assets start at £3m. Thats some serious wealth with some serious planning required.Theyre now looking for a paraplanner to help the founders manage relationships with these clients. Youll do everything a paraplanner does (cashflow modelling, complex tax planning etc) but the complexity of cases will take your knowledge to the next level. Its real top end work for a nimble, modern, boutique advice firm set up specifically for your target demographic. And if you have ambitions beyond paraplanning they can plan for that too. As the firm grows they have a commitment to promoting from within, so ambitions to become a planner can come to reality.Theyre open on salary. The expectation that you will be paid up to £55,000 but if youre on more and say Chartered, they can look at it. Theres also a bonus scheme and decent benefits. They are also open-minded on remote v hybrid v office based. In short they dont want to discount anyone at this stage. HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:Youll need to be level 4 qualified as a minimum and have 3-5 years+ experience as a paraplanner. Its likely you work in either a large wealth management/Private Banking firm and have some experience of dealing with £1m+ cases. As youd expect, youll also need to be polished and comfortable meeting with people whose wealth can be intimidating.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Youre probably not unhappy where you are. But you can be happier. You can be more fulfilled. And working in an environment where theres no office politics can be invigorating.Want to know more Click apply.
