Job Description

Our client is an esteemed boutique wealth management firm who are well known within the industry for their excellent standard of service.Their growth over the last couple of years has been exponential and as a result they are looking to acquire two experienced paraplanners.This firm has one of the best working environments of any employer. The team is diverse, sociable and hard working. Crucially, this is a role that has real scope for development and progression.Key Responsibilities

  • Attending Client meetings & corresponding with clients
  • Writing Engagement Letters
  • Writing suitability reports
  • Keying new business, drawdowns, Bed & SIPPs, rebalances and withdrawals.
  • Populating applications
  • Updating Voyant
  • Cash & Rebalance Reports
  • Checking CGT Reports
  • CF Calculations
  • Update/Create event lists
Qualifications
  • Diploma in regulated financial planning
Skills & Experience
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
  • Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude
  • Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team.
