A leading, Legal 500 law firm with a superb reputation are currently seeking a Paralegal (with some legal secretarial duties) to join them in their offices in Pall Mall, London. The role will be supporting a Partner who specialises in Employment law.The successful Paralegal will be responsible for a range of duties including (but not limited to):*Putting packs together*Legal Research*Drafting*File opening/closing (and billing)*FilingThe successful Paralegal will offer the following skill set/background:*Strong academics (ideally a graduate with at least 2:1 classification, or A-B grade A-Levels and some legal training - e.g. CILEx)*A genuine interest in Employment law*Able to work on own initiative*Confident communication skills*Highly organised*Strong legal research skills*High level of accuracy and ability to work to specific timescales*Ability to manage multiple tasks or caseloads*High standards of client care delivered in a professional and personable manner*Good office administrative skills*Strong teamwork skills*Flexibility and adaptability in attitude and approach to work*Knowledge of MS Office and comfortable to work with new technologyThe successful Paralegal will join a progressive yet well established law firm, with excellent career prospects and the opportunity to develop yourself.
