Job Description

You know the ins and outs of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & YouTube both from a paid and a content prospective and will be the first to know about emerging platforms by being close to the Social Media world at a macro level.As a key component of the overarching EMEA objectives & Marketing strategy you will work closely as part of the paid social team to set channel strategy, execute plans in collaboration with country teams, share insights, track KPIs and optimise where necessaryto get the best results. You will also be confident in collaborating with creators to create exciting content designed for our social platform and digital environment. You get the Dr. Martens brand and are excited to support EMEA, working directly with theGlobal team. In short, you will drive the brand presence on paid social by following our EMEA digital first social strategy, engaging and growing our upper funnel and aligning with key stakeholders. This role is Hybrid working and requires 2 days a week inour Camden Office THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Work closely with Paid Social Marketing Manager to develop Social Media strategies to support Brand & upper funnel Product activities, working cross functionally with EMEA EComm, Country Marketing Managers & Global team
  • Build and manage campaigns (in real time) across multiple Social Media channels; focusing on upper funnel brand building and work closely with Ecomm to align, supporting sessions to .com in the process.
  • Support in creating content for social and e-commerce when needed
  • Work with Country Marketing Managers to create and activate Social Media comms aligned to overall multi-channel Local comms plans
  • Working closely with the Global team to elevate EMEA key campaigns and stories on global social media channels.
  • Analyze and track paid social campaign performance using our Social Media listening tool, GA and other in-app dashboards.
  • Manage external agencies.
  • Be curious - Ideate new concepts, formats, channels and lead the briefing and implementation process. Bring insight and rationale behind every new concept, base your ideas on learnings and your expertise of the Social Media landscape.
  • Report periodically, and on a campaign by campaign basis to ensure visibility & understanding across your stakeholder network.

  • Experience in paid social required.
  • Experience managing and developing a team preferred.
  • Experience managing budgets, invoicing, contract negotiations, terms & conditions, usage rights and data privacy management.
  • Experience building paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube to drive engagement, sessions & Customer acquisition required
  • Experience in new social channels like Twitch is a plus
  • Experience of utilising a social media management tool for publishing, monitoring and engagement purposes. Experience with Sprinklr is beneficial.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of different social content formats and channel-specific needs.
  • A natural communicator that can work with multiple stakeholders at one time.
  • Experience of managing commercial performance goals through conversion preferred.
  • Strong analytics skills, experience tracking performance in GA and in-app dashboards required.
  • Budget management experience required.
  • Experience managing content storage, testing, and approvals required.
  • International travel will be required
