Job Description

Full Remote RolePaid Social BuyerAgency Side (Independent)I am looking for an Instagram and TikTok Media Buyer who has demonstratable experience in running advertising campaigns for conversions, lead generation, and mobile app installs for eCommerce, technology, and B2b businesses.This means you have developed strategy, set up, optimised, and scaled ad campaigns for businesses driving results around purchases, ROI, CPA, ROAS, and CPI.

  • You have worked across a range of businesses and have demonstratable experience in taking accounts from £100 a day to £1000 a day whilst driving great performance
  • You test creative, copy, objectives, and audiences constantly and understand the framework required to successfully take accounts from testing to scaling
  • You know how to write copy to stop people scrolling in the newsfeed and generate high CTRs
  • You know how to test interests, behaviours, and LALs, youve tried every tactic under the sun such as layering, stacking, manual bidding, objective testing, and horizontal and vertical scaling
  • You can research top performing creatives for competitors and brief creative for quick turnaround to ensure you can test efficiently
  • You have the technical skillset to implement pixels and pixel events, and set up audiences, maybe you use some tools to help you manage the workflow of managing ads to make sure they perform
  • You understand the importance of everything that happens after the click so will be well-versed in conversion rate optimisation, email marketing strategies and some growth hacks too.
