Job Description

PAID MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGER - RETAIL TEAM About Threepipe Reply Threepipe Reply is an award-winning integrated brand performance agency of specialists, working across; media, creative, social, analytics, UX, data science, search marketing and PR. Threepipe offers a rigorous planning framework, proprietary and best in breedtechnology partners to help consumer and business to business brands make sense of the highly evolving market, media and competitor landscape. Role overview Threepipe Reply are looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join their Retail Team. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, building a strong understanding of not only the work we do for our clients but their overall business objectives.Your main responsibility will be to respond to client briefs with concise media plan recommendations, including overall strategy, channels, platforms, and tactics. Whilst works closely with Operations team to ensure that work is completed on time, to a highquality and is on track to meet clients targets and expectations. Some of the clients Threepipe Reply currently work with include Elemis, Office, Ocado and LOccitane! Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with your Account Director and Business Director to ensure all accounts have a performance & commercial strategy
  • Clearly briefing and managing operational executives to ensure that work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target and on time
  • Quality control of work conducted by junior and more operational members of the team.
  • To work with Account Director and Business Director across a range of tasks to further the scale, capabilities, and quality of the Threepipe offering, includingMedia supplier relationships, Technology and automation, Training plansandnew business (both preparation and attendance)
About the candidate:
  • An educational background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Experience managing paid media accounts working towards clients goals on a DR or performance basis
  • Experience with Digital Brand campaigns with Above the Line planning being a big bonus!
  • Ability to compile media plans across multiple Digital channels
  • Comfortable preparing and presenting client presentations and QBRs
  • Proven ability to cross sell/up sell
Desirable
  • Experience running and optimising media campaigns - e.g PPC, Paid Social, Display, Video
  • An entrepreneurial spirit - able to grow accounts, win business and spot an opportunity for clients, our business and our team members
  • Experience with Adserver Tracking
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics
