You will be joining a busy and varied team within a modern office based in Blackfriers in the heart of London. This role will support the CPO and will also work closely withThe HR team and colleagues to drive collaboration and continuous improvement across the team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the CPO and HR team are able to utilise their time effectively through effective diary management, assessing priority ofappointments and reallocation as necessary, as well as coordinate meetings and travel/accommodation needs. Additionally, you will receive and deal with telephone calls professionally, re-directing or taking messages and using initiative to deal with queries,and preparing paperwork for meetings. This will include preparing PowerPoint documents, processing expense claims, organising conference calls, Video Conferences as well as other events as required. You will also be responsible for occasionally managing theE-mail inbox and responding as necessary. You will also support other members of the team with ad-hoc project work and organising team events as well as provide cover for other PAs across the Bank during periods of leave. Ideally you will have experience ofproviding PA support to senior management (Managing Director/C-Suite level), exceptional diary management skills, and have the ability to manage complex diaries. Exceptional knowledge and experience of Microsoft office and excellent organisational skills areessential. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with others, a flexible approach and be able to remain calm and professional manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a high level of attentionto detail including proof reading skills.
