A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced PA in the Advertising world to join a specialist division of one of the worlds leading independent advertising agency in the heart of Londons West End which supports NGOs and Governments on Foreign Policy.The organisation has a reputation for excellence in making the world a better place so youll need a curiosity for world affairs and be passionate about Change for Good.Reporting to the CEO at least 60% of your role is to provide comprehensive Personal Assistance to the CEO in terms of travel, diary and inbox management. He travels extensively globally so youll manage a huge amount of travel with the inhouse travel team,event management and office socials and parties. Youll also offer ad hoc support to 4 other Directors in the Global Leadership Team . You are an experienced PA with 3years+ experience in the Advertising & Media world; ideally woth some Event management experience.Youll be fluent in written and spoken English with a practical understanding of commercial operations and a proficient understanding of MS Office including strong Excel. Youll be a confident, positive spirit with a no nonsense approach. Youll have excellentcommunication skills and the ability to work independently, confidentially and in an ambassadorial way at all times towards maintaining the agencys unrivalled reputation for excellence in providing positive cultural change globally.A fantastic opportunity!
