Team Assistant - Niche Executive SearchLondon W1£25,000 + Bonus + Benefits!A fantastic opportunity exists for a 2nd jobber, preferably with Secretarial college qualifications to join this family friendly prestigious, niche Executive Search firm. With a vibrant friendly culture, traditional in values yet modern approach, the business prides itself on being the most reputable in the industry.Based both remotely during the current climate and in beautiful Mayfair offices, this role acts as PA to both Directors, Office Manager and Team Assistant. 80% of your role will be spent in looking after the needs of both the Directors. You’ll undertake complex inbox and diary management, prioritise emails, handle calls articulately and appropriately, arrange meetings and lunches with clients and candidates, be the main point of contact for candidates, building relationships with HR teams. You’ll prepare documents for candidate meetings, edit and proofread internal documents, undertake support with Searches and Invoice clients. In terms of office support you’ll be responsible for the general upkeep of the office, meeting and greeting clients, booking and preparing meeting rooms, manage the company’s filing, templates, processing expenses, managing the company’s online presence and managing relationships with suppliers. You’ll undertake ad hoc operational projects as they arise.You will be a 2nd jobber with a minimum of 12 months administrative, office lynchpin or junior secretarial experience. You’ll be sophisticated and articulate with an emotional intelligence which will give you the capability to be an ambassador for the business. Opportunities abound to grow within the role, either within the PA/EA capacity, or into a Headhunter’s role yourself. Required skills
