He/she is in post to ensure organization of necessary meetings, planning events, developing a long term schedule, and managing the companys phone calls and communications. He/she has to regularly update certain reports for the proprietor.Dutiesand responsibilities Reporting to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and handling/directing their workload Management of the school diary - implementing a strong bring forward diary management system. Front of house welcoming guests and following guests procedureTyping for SLT (Shorthand is an advantage) Organisation of ongoing school projects and initiatives (Red Files) Putting new pupils on SIMS and opening the students file Organisation of Compliance/meetings files Conduct any research the executive needs Maketravel arrangements on behalf of the SLT Problem solve any issues that the SLT requests Schedule meetings for the SLT Communicate between the SLT and employees Organisation of regular communications with parents/guardiansCandidates are invited to submit theirCVs to the school, and if successful following an initial sift, then be required to submit a full school application form, before being shortlisted and invited to an interview.Buckswood School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenand applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Criminal Records Bureau now the Disclosure and Barring Service.
