  • Typing - via shorthand notes, audio or copy - letters, accounts, file notes, reportsandbills.
  • Assist/supportother members of theSecretarial teamas and when required
  • Arrange networking events for Partnersand where appropriate produce Power Point Presentations, Tenders and excel spreadsheets
  • Provide cover for Reception/Switchboardwhen required
  • Arrange refreshments and catering for meetingswhen required
  • Greet clients in reception for Partners
  • Outlook diary Management
  • Make travel arrangements/book restaurants
  • Photocopying
  • Timesheet entry and report printing
  • Arrange couriers with reception
  • Filing
  • Document management viaCCHsystem for e-mails and correspondence
  • Field Telephone calls and messages and liaise with clients where appropriate
  • Prepare paperwork for meetings
  • Assist with post room dutieswhen required
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks/projects as required
Qualifications and Skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Positive andAssertivemanner
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organisational skills - flexibility/prioritisation
  • Experience in an office environmentat Secretarial or PA level(3years minimum)
  • Typing and Word processing skills (minimum 55 wpm)
  • IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
