The role combines PA support to the management team, office management and HR support so youll be great at multi-tasking, proactive and highly confidential.Role Info:Full time PA / Administration Manager | Global Provider of Wind Technology for ShipsLondon - currently WFH/Wapping but moving within 6 months to Tower Hill area£40,000 - £45,000 Plus Benefits PackageWho we are:We are global leaders in Wind Assisted Ship Propulsion.Our mission is to advance Rotor Sail technology, accelerating its adoption across the worlds merchant fleet and proving it can benefit the sustainable future of shipping.Rotor Sails harness power from the wind to help propel ships, enhancing vessel efficiency by decreasing fuel consumption, reducing bunker costs and lessening vessel emissions.By combining this renewable energy technology with innovative engineering and a deep practical understanding of the shipping industry, we have developed Rotor Sail systems that offer fuel-saving benefits to a range of vessel types and sizes, both as new-buildsand as retrofits.Were a small but growing company, centred in London with a second office in Southampton and an operational team at our suppliers and at the shipyards in China.Main Duties and Responsibilities:+ PA support to the management team, including calendar and meeting management, following through with meeting actions as well as taking responsibility for ad-hoc projects+ Office Manager for the London office and distance organisation for our Southampton hub including office maintenance and supplies, travel and postage, organising social activities, providing support to team members+ HR support including onboarding new starters, maintaining the HR Database, assisting with payroll and benefits management and supporting the regular people processes+ Operational responsibility for H&S, both office and off-site, including first aid and fire arrangements, Display Screen Assessments, keeping policy and procedures up to dateAbout You:You will be well educated with good A levels and ideally a graduate. Were looking for someone who can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and isnt afraid of numbers either.Youll have at least 5 years experience in office management/ administration and have experience of systems and processes from at least two organisations. Youll be used to improving processes to make them more effective and efficient, as well as introducingnew ones, appropriate to the needs of the business. Your role will be busy so youll be used to juggling multiple priorities and taking the initiative to fulfil your responsibilities.
