Job Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for all Proactis queries from users across the organisation.
  • Play a key role in a multitude of projects, including but not limited to, streamlining, migration and upgrading of various purchase-to-pay and financial systems.
  • Take the lead on delivering training and workshops to all internal system users throughout the company.
  • Vital input to the redevelopment and configuration of their bespoke form of Proactis.
  • Provide invaluable support to staff across the organisation on a multitude of financial reporting issues, ensuring they are able to access all the significant data they require.

  • Working knowledge of the full Purchase-to-Pay process.
  • At least three years’ experience of using a P2P system be that in a systems, procurement or finance-based role.
  • Ideally knowledge of Proactis, however, candidates without this are still encouraged to apply.
  • Experience of working within an organisation with a large number of financial or P2P system users.
  • Excellent communication skills.
