With a focus on providing personalized service and efficient travel solutions, we prideourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our US-based clients with their travel arrangements during non-standard hours, ensuring seamlesstravel experiences and superior customer service.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel bookings and reservations for US-based clients, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel itineraries, routes, and accommodations based on client preferences and budgetary constraints.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate complex travel arrangements and special requests for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination-specific information to provide accurate and timely assistance to clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a business travel consultant or in a similar role, preferably with expertise in servicing US clients.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Galileo, Sabre) and proficiency in using online booking tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Flexibility to work out of hours shifts, including evenings and overnight, but not on weekends.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of geographical locations and travel destinations preferred.
