Job Description Work on the highest profile Organisational Development Programme for this major telco player. Immediate start, 6 month initial contract, inside IR35. Role and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the OD Programme Manager to run Org Development projects using Agile methodologies
  • Engage in planning, analysis and implementation phases of the project
  • Conduct change impact analysis to define and evaluate the scope and objectives of the project
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that align with the goals of the company
  • Develop the full-scale project plans and prepare communication guidelines
  • Assess progress towards realisation and achieving measured improvements within business operations
  • Develop and implement the stakeholder communication plan ensuring successful stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Resolve issues and arising conflicts within the project team
  • Assist with the planning and scheduling using appropriate tools
  • Review and evaluate the projects effectiveness and address issues as required to obtain the right outcomes.
  • Provide timely programme office reporting
The successful candidate should meet the following skills and experience requirements:
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience engaging in large-scale projects
  • Must have worked on Organisational Development Projects
  • Project Management experience using a range of change management techniques, including Agile and Waterfall is desirable
  • Telco experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility
  • Understanding of efficient stakeholders engagement within a challenging business environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships in a corporate environment
