About the opportunity:Marmalade Game Studio is the leading developer and publisher of digital premium board games, with notable successes including Monopoly, The Game of Life, Cluedo, Jumanji, Taboo and more. We are passionate about what we do and have seen tremendous successcreating high quality games loved by people all over the world.We are looking for an Optimisation Manager who will be responsible for optimising the customer journey with the aim of driving acquisition and retention and ultimately delivering a positive revenue return.Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, youll join a close-knit, talented, and collaborative team of six Marmaladers who share the same excitement for the design and implementation of excellent marketing strategies to promote our company and games.The successful candidate will be highly numerate and analytical, driven by data and the need to look for improvements to the customer journey and experience. You will have a constant and consistent approach to experimenting, testing and learning, presentingyour findings to stakeholders.RequirementsWho we are looking for:Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven successful track record in conversion optimisation across web, mobile and app on an international scale
• Advanced experience with Google Analytics 360 and Firebase (Google Certification Preferred)
• Advanced experience setting experiments within iTunes Connect and Google Play
• Experience in Storemaven preferred (or similar app testing platform)
• Experience working across a full suite of marketing tools and channels (social, paid and organic acquisition, retargeting, email and notifications)
• Advanced experience with project management and execution on full funnel tests
• Intermediate experience with UX design, wire-framing, and usability principles
• Direct response copywriting expertise is a plus

• A champion of test and learn able to encourage a continuous optimisation culture
• A logical and creative thinker able to understand key business requirements and create hypothesis for testing and deliver workable solutions for optimisation
• An excellent communicator and presenter with the ability to clearly articulate analysis and insights to various stakeholders within the business
• An influencer with the ability to foster effective working relations with and persuade diverse business leaders based on fact and reason with an emphasis on achieving tangible results
• Collaborative and able to work successfully in team environments, in person and across remote teams.
• A self-starter who can work with limited guidance and coaching and proactively develop and present potential solutions
• A relentless problem-solver with a can do positive attitude
